Reviewing jobs on the dashboard

The RegoIQ review dashboard is where your team verifies processed jobs before they're submitted to the TMS. Every job flows through the dashboard — giving you full control over what gets registered.
Dashboard overview
The dashboard shows all processed jobs in a queue, organised by status:
- Pending Review: Jobs that have been processed and are waiting for your team to verify.
- Flagged: Jobs where RegoIQ has identified potential issues — missing documents, unmatched parties, unusual values, or low confidence on certain fields.
- Approved: Jobs that have been verified and are ready for (or have been sent to) TMS submission.
- Submitted: Jobs that have been successfully registered in your TMS.
Reviewing a job
Click on any job to open the detail view. You'll see:
- Source documents: The original email and attachments, viewable alongside the extracted data so you can cross-reference.
- Extracted fields: All data RegoIQ extracted, grouped by category (shipment details, parties, containers, charges). Fields with low confidence are highlighted.
- Mapped values: How the extracted data has been mapped to your TMS fields — charge codes, department codes, party matches.
Making adjustments
Any field can be edited before approval. Common adjustments include:
- Correcting a party name or selecting a different match from your address book
- Adjusting a charge code mapping
- Adding information that wasn't present in the source documents
- Changing the department or branch assignment
Approving and submitting
Once you're satisfied with the job details, click Approve. The job will be submitted to your TMS automatically. If submission fails (e.g., a validation error from CargoWise), the error is displayed on the dashboard and the job returns to your review queue for correction.
