Email arrives

Compatible with all major email providers. TaluxIQ connects to your existing operations inbox via secure IMAP or Microsoft Graph API, requiring no changes to your team's current workflow.
Documents are grouped
Multiple emails from different senders, days apart, all relating to the same shipment? RegoIQ matches them together using B/L references, booking numbers, and container numbers.
The matching engine handles edge cases: partial references, different naming conventions between shipping lines, and documents that arrive out of order.
Data is extracted and validated
Shipper, consignee, vessel, ETA, container numbers, charge codes, weights, and package counts — all extracted from the actual documents and cross-validated.
Beyond standard OCR, RegoIQ applies document-specific intelligence. It recognises that carrier-specific formats place key fields in different locations and adapts extraction accordingly.
Job is registered in your TMS
The fully populated job appears in Cargowise or Expedient with every field filled. Your team reviews a clean dashboard and approves — or flags exceptions.
All jobs are staged for review prior to commitment. Your team retains full operational control. Once approved, records are written via the native TMS API — no CSV imports or middleware required.
