Nothing is written to your TMS without a person on your team signing it off. TaluxIQ prepares the work; your team commits it, and every action is logged. That control is structural, not a setting.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, at every step between your inbox, TaluxIQ, and your TMS.

Tenant-isolated, hosted in Australia

Your data is kept in a database isolated to your organisation, hosted on AWS in Australia (Sydney). One customer's data is never mixed with another's, and it stays in-region.

We don't train on your data

Your emails, documents, and shipment data are never used to train any model. What TaluxIQ learns for you stays inside your own workspace.

It learns, you approve
TaluxIQ learns from your team's correction history and recommends updates. No recommendation applies until someone approves it.
