Notification preferences

TaluxIQ sends notifications to keep your team informed about job processing, errors, and system events. Each team member can configure their own notification preferences.

Notification types

  • Job processed: A new job has been processed and is ready for review on the dashboard.
  • Job flagged: A processed job has been flagged for attention — missing documents, unmatched parties, or low confidence fields.
  • Submission error: A job failed to submit to the TMS. Requires action to resolve.
  • Daily summary: A morning summary of jobs processed, approved, and submitted in the last 24 hours.

Delivery channels

  • In-app: Notifications appear in the TaluxIQ dashboard. Always enabled.
  • Email: Receive notifications via email. Configurable per notification type.

Configuring preferences

Go to Settings → Notifications (or click your profile icon → Notification Preferences). Toggle each notification type and delivery channel on or off.

We recommend that at least one team member has Submission error email notifications enabled so failed submissions are caught promptly.
