Billing and subscription
TaluxIQ billing is usage-based — you're charged per job processed through RegoIQ. This guide covers how to manage your subscription and billing details.
Viewing your usage
Go to Settings → Billing to see:
- Current billing period and usage count
- Historical usage by month
- Upcoming invoice estimate
Invoices
Invoices are generated monthly and sent to the billing contact email on your account. You can also download past invoices from the Billing settings page.
Updating payment details
Click Update Payment Method on the Billing settings page to change your credit card or bank account details. Changes take effect immediately for the next billing cycle.
Changing your plan
If your volume needs change, contact us at support@taluxiq.com to discuss plan options. We offer volume discounts for higher-throughput operations.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing settings page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. All your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
