Today we're publicly launching TaluxIQ — an AI operations platform built specifically for freight forwarders.

TaluxIQ automates the repetitive, time-consuming work that sits at the heart of every forwarding operation. Our first product, RegoIQ, handles import registration: it reads the emails, attachments, and shipping documents that arrive in your operations inbox and registers jobs directly into your TMS.

Why we built this

We've spent years working alongside freight forwarding teams and watching the same pattern play out. Skilled operators spend the majority of their day on manual data entry — copying details from bills of lading, commercial invoices, and arrival notices into their TMS, one field at a time. It's slow, error-prone, and a poor use of experienced people.

The tools that existed to address this — OCR scanners, template parsers, RPA bots — solved fragments of the problem but broke on the messy reality of freight documents. Every carrier formats things differently. Every client has different requirements. The variability defeated rigid automation.

AI changes this. Modern language models can read and understand freight documents the way an experienced operator does — regardless of format, carrier, or layout. TaluxIQ brings this capability to forwarding operations in a way that's practical, reliable, and integrates with the systems teams already use.

How it works

TaluxIQ connects to your operations inbox and monitors for incoming shipment documentation. When documents arrive, RegoIQ:

  • Reads and extracts data from bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and arrival notices
  • Maps the extracted data to your TMS fields, including charge codes, department codes, and client-specific rules
  • Presents the job on a review dashboard where your team can verify, adjust, and approve before it's submitted to the TMS

We currently integrate with CargoWise and Expedient, with more TMS platforms on the roadmap.

What's next

RegoIQ is our starting point, not our finish line. We're building TaluxIQ to handle the full spectrum of operational workflows that freight forwarders deal with daily — from document processing through to compliance checks and client communication.

If you're a freight forwarder spending too much time on manual data entry, we'd love to show you what TaluxIQ can do with your actual workflows. Book a demo and we'll run it using your real emails and documents.

TaluxIQ Update: Smarter Email Triage, Live Air Cargo Tracking, and Full Data Transparency

Freight forwarding is a high-stakes juggling act. On any given day, your inbox contains booking requests, quoting threads, customs queries, and registration paperwork — all arriving in no particular order, all demanding attention. Meanwhile, your clients expect real-time air cargo updates, and your operations team needs to trust the data populating job forms in CargoWise. When any of these pieces slip, freight gets delayed, clients get frustrated, and your team works overtime catching up. The l

Cleaner Data, Fewer Corrections: TaluxIQ Updates for the Week of April 5–12, 2026

In freight forwarding and customs brokerage, small data errors rarely stay small. A container mode submitted as CNT instead of FCL, a duplicate packing line on a customs declaration, or a document assigned to the wrong subshipment — each one can trigger a rejection, a delay, or a manual correction that cascades through your workflow. The compounding effect is real, and it shows up as broker queries, CargoWise re-submissions, and compliance risk. This week's TaluxIQ updates are squarely focused
