We're excited to announce that RegoIQ now integrates directly with CargoWise One, allowing AI-processed import registrations to flow straight into your TMS without manual intervention.

Seamless TMS integration

The CargoWise integration connects RegoIQ to your existing CargoWise environment through the eAdapter interface. Once connected, jobs that are approved on the RegoIQ dashboard are submitted directly to CargoWise — creating the forwarding job with all relevant details populated.

This includes:

  • Shipment details: Bill of lading numbers, vessel and voyage, ETAs, ports of loading and discharge
  • Party information: Shipper, consignee, and notify party details mapped to your existing CargoWise address book
  • Container data: Container numbers, sizes, types, weights, and seal numbers
  • Charges: Freight and origin charges mapped to your CargoWise charge codes
  • Custom fields: Department codes, branch assignments, and any client-specific configurations

Built for how teams actually work

We designed this integration around the reality of forwarding operations, not an idealised version of it. That means:

  • Review before submission: Every job lands on the RegoIQ dashboard first. Your team reviews the extracted data, makes any adjustments, and approves it before anything touches CargoWise. You stay in control.
  • Flexible charge mapping: Different clients often require different charge code configurations. RegoIQ supports client-specific charge code mappings so the right codes are applied automatically.
  • Error handling: If a submission encounters an issue — a missing mandatory field, an unrecognised party code — RegoIQ surfaces the error clearly so your team can resolve it without digging through logs.

Getting started

If you're already using RegoIQ, enabling the CargoWise integration takes about a day of setup. We'll work with your team to configure the eAdapter connection, map your charge codes and department codes, and run test submissions to verify everything flows correctly.

If you're not yet using RegoIQ and you're a CargoWise customer spending too many hours on import registrations, get in touch. We'll show you how it works using your actual documents and workflows.

TaluxIQ Update: Smarter Email Triage, Live Air Cargo Tracking, and Full Data Transparency

Freight forwarding is a high-stakes juggling act. On any given day, your inbox contains booking requests, quoting threads, customs queries, and registration paperwork — all arriving in no particular order, all demanding attention. Meanwhile, your clients expect real-time air cargo updates, and your operations team needs to trust the data populating job forms in CargoWise. When any of these pieces slip, freight gets delayed, clients get frustrated, and your team works overtime catching up. The l

Cleaner Data, Fewer Corrections: TaluxIQ Updates for the Week of April 5–12, 2026

In freight forwarding and customs brokerage, small data errors rarely stay small. A container mode submitted as CNT instead of FCL, a duplicate packing line on a customs declaration, or a document assigned to the wrong subshipment — each one can trigger a rejection, a delay, or a manual correction that cascades through your workflow. The compounding effect is real, and it shows up as broker queries, CargoWise re-submissions, and compliance risk. This week's TaluxIQ updates are squarely focused

Australian freight forwarders are leading the shift to AI operations

Over the past 12 months, we've seen a notable shift in how Australian freight forwarders approach operational technology. Where conversations about AI used to be met with scepticism — "it won't understand our documents" or "we've tried automation before" — they're now being met with urgency. The question has moved from "does this work?" to "how quickly can we implement it?" What's driving the change Several factors are converging to push Australian forwarders toward AI-driven operations: *
