Our background.
Every freight forwarder knows the routine. An email arrives with a bill of lading attached. Someone on the ops team opens the PDF, reads through it, switches to the TMS, and starts typing: shipper name, consignee, vessel, ETA, container number, charges.
Twelve minutes later, they move on to the next one. And the next one after that. By the end of the day, the team has spent hours on data entry — work that's essential but repetitive, and ripe for errors when you're doing it fifty times a day.
TaluxIQ was established to address this challenge directly. Rather than applying generic OCR technology, we developed purpose-built automation that understands the distinction between FCL and LCL workflows, consolidates documents from multiple senders into a single shipment, and integrates directly with your TMS through native APIs.
Based in Australia, TaluxIQ is focused exclusively on freight forwarding operations. Import registration automation is our core competency, not a supplementary feature within a broader platform.
